Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed only once we dispatch the products.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.

Free UK Shipping on orders over £40. Orders under £40 will incur delivery charges calculated at checkout.

Customers may upgrade to Fast Delivery (Next Business Day) for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply for certain UK regions (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland).

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, payable by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
