At PetPetLife, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to shop with complete confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy.

✅ Our Promise

• You may return any eligible product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

• For UK Orders: We will provide you with a return label.

• For Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan Orders: For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

📌 Conditions (Strictly Enforced) To ensure the hygiene and safety of all pets, returned items must meet the following:

• Original Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original unopened packaging (including seals and tags).

• No Signs of Use: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the item shows any signs of bite marks, saliva, dirt, scent, or pet hair.

• Personalised Items: Personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

💡 Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days with a photo or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all shipping costs.

🔄 Return Process

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Pack the product securely. For non-UK returns, we recommend using a trackable courier.

4. Once we verify the item is in its original unopened condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
