2-in-1 Baguette Buddy — Interactive Snuffle & Enrichment Toy for Dogs

We have been using this baguette snuffle toy with our dog, and he absolutely loves it. The design is amusing and rather sweet, but it is also practical because treats can be tucked into the little pockets to make him work for them rather than simply gulping them down.

The plush baguette feels soft, and the crinkle texture keeps his interest even before treats are added. It is a good size for a medium dog to carry around, and the long shape makes it easy for him to paw at, sniff through and investigate. My partner and I found it very entertaining to watch him work out where the treats were hidden.

The only thing we noticed is that, once treats have been inside, he keeps thinking there may still be more, probably because of the scent. For that reason, we use it as a limited play activity rather than leaving it out all day. A fun and engaging enrichment toy.

I absolutely love this interactive dog toy by PetPet Life which was designed in London. It's huge and the plush baguette comes in a velveteen wrapper which crinkles. A great quality dog toy.

You can remove the material wrapper/bag and put treats in the bottom, then add more treats to the pockets of the plush baguette and insert it in the wrapper.

My dogs loved it and played with it immediately. It's so long that both could root out the treats at the same time. I left one treat sticking out of each fleece pocket and pushed another one in further but they didn't manage to pull those small treats out quickly or even remove the whole baguette from the wrapper to discover the treats in the bottom.

I loved seeing them play with it together and they both carried it around separately without the bag coming loose - initially. One of the dogs did pull it out, then realised that the material bag, which had fallen off the sofa and onto the floor, had treats in it. Lots of crinkling as he stuck his snout in it to pull them out.

This is the toy that keeps on giving. I love the fact that it's a baguette in a bag/wrapper, such a simple idea but a great one, especially having the bag removable and being able to store more treats in it. I love it!

The price has now reduced from £19.99 from its originally £21.99 and is better value. It's not cheap but I think it's good value because it has two pieces, is really long, good quality, feels durable, is interactive at multiple levels, has several squeakers in the baguette, plus the wrapper/bag crinkles and it's huge fun. We have a small 5.5kg adult dog who quite enjoys playing with this toy, which isn’t much smaller than she is, so long as the treats are exciting enough and not boring kibble. Without the treats she was considerably less interested. She quite liked to bag and had fun trying to get out some smaller toys which I had put inside it but I had to take it off her as she started chewing the fabric and damaging it. It’s nicely made and I love the look of it. The crinkles are loud and the squeakers work well. My only reservation is that if you have a dog who likes to chew fabric toys, this isn’t going to last any longer than one which costs a quarter of the price. At the current offer price of £19.79, that’s an expensive outlay for something which potentially isn’t going to withstand a lot of play. This is quite hard for me to rate as the toy itself isn’t flawed but when considering value for money, I have to take off a star as it isn’t going to survive for long in some doggy homes.

This baguette snuffle toy has been an absolute hit in our house. It is an excellent way to provide some mental stimulation on rainy days or when you just need them to settle down and focus on a calm activity.

My dogs absolutely love the crinkle sound this toy makes and have great fun with it every time it comes out. Watching them use their noses to hunt out the biscuits is brilliant entertainment, and it really satisfies their natural foraging instincts.

The toy is very well made, featuring sturdy fabric and neat, secure stitching that stands up well to enthusiastic nosing and nudging. Given how much use they are getting out of it and the excellent build quality, it offers great value for money. It is a fantastic, durable puzzle toy that delivers hours of entertainment for puppies and adults alike.
